Night Shift Logic: US TV and Commercials

Many, many times in my life, I’ve complained about the amount of commercials on the goggle box. Now, I don’t watch anywhere near as much TV as I once did, but it still frustrates me. I understand why they are there, I understand the point, but that doesn’t mean I have to enjoy them. After streaming the hockey and wrestling and whatnot since I’ve been out here in the Balkans, good lord you guys in the States have it bad. The more I think of it, I’m sure 90% of UK commercials are just about claiming insurance or being mis-sold PPI. Still, watching these US commercials is TOUGH. All of them seem so clean cut, so pat on the back, so horrifically irritating. If I move to the States (Hello Portland!), I will be avoiding these things like the plague.
